We process your personal data because it is necessary in the process of performing the service ordered from us:

a.a) accepting subscriptions and performing the service contract (legal basis for data processing: Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR),
a.b) ongoing communication on matters related to submitted subscriptions, including their confirmation and notification of the status (legal basis for data processing: Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR),
a.c) consider complaints related to concluded service contracts (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR),
a.d) accepting and handling other than complaints and matters related to implemented contracts, notifications and inquiries addressed to the Administrator (e.g. via contact details indicated on the website), which is the Administrator's legitimate interest (legal basis for data processing: Article 6 para. 1 letter f GDPR,
a.e) considering and pursuing claims, defending against claims, as well as for the purposes of implementing out-of-court methods of dealing with complaints and pursuing claims, which is the Administrator's legitimate interest (legal basis for data processing: Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR),
a.f) for direct marketing purposes, which is the legitimate interest of the Administrator (legal basis for data processing: Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR),
a.g) conducting statistical analyses, which is the legitimate interest of the Administrator (legal basis for data processing: Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR),
a.h) implementation of legal requirements in the field of tax and accounting regulations, in particular those set out in the provisions of the Act of March 11, 2004 on tax on goods and services (VAT), the Act of February 15, 1992 on corporate income tax and the Act of September 29, 1994 on accounting (legal basis for data processing: Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR),
a.i) storing data for archiving purposes and for the purposes of demonstrating the correctness of compliance with legal obligations incumbent on the Administrator, which is its legitimate interest (legal basis for data processing: Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR),

Voluntary provision of data

Providing personal data in relation to:

a.c) other cases - is voluntary.

Data retention period

The personal data obtained will be stored by the Administrator for the period of performance of the concluded contracts and until their correct settlement, as well as for the period of service provision, and in addition:
a) until the statute of limitations for potential claims arising from the contracts indicated above,
b) for the time necessary to pursue specific claims in connection with the concluded agreements referred to above,
c) for the duration of the performance of obligations under the law, including in particular in the field of tax and accounting regulations, e.g. obligations related to the storage of documentation in accordance with the requirements of art. 74 of the Act of September 29, 1994 on accounting,
d) for the period necessary for the Administrator to document before the relevant public administration authorities the correctness of fulfilling the legal obligations incumbent on him,
e) for archiving purposes, when it concerns the history of correspondence and responses to submitted inquiries (not directly related to concluded contracts) - for a period not longer than 3 years, f) for direct marketing purposes - until an objection is raised to the processing of data for this purpose,
g) until the consent to the processing of data is withdrawn or they become outdated (ascertained by the Seller) - if the data processing takes place with the consent given by a specific person.

Data recipients

The recipients of your data are the Administrator's employees and associates, as well as, in certain cases, external entities supporting the contract performance processes, including in particular providers of telecommunications, legal, consulting and accounting services.

Data sharing

Your personal data will not be made available to other entities, except for entities authorized under the law.

Automated personal data processing/profiling

Your personal data is not subject to automated processing of personal data, including profiling.

Rights regarding personal data:

a) You have the right to access your personal data and the right to request their rectification, deletion or limitation of their processing.

c) To the extent that the basis for the processing of your personal data is the premise of the legitimate interest of the administrators, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data.
d) To the extent that the basis for the processing of your personal data is consent, you have the right to withdraw it. Consent can be revoked at any time by sending a request to the Administrator's address provided in point 1.
