Information on the protection of personal data

According to Art. 13 sec. 1 and 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Regulation on data protection) (Journal of Laws UE.L.2016.119.1 of May 4, 2016) - hereinafter referred to as GDPR, we would like to inform you that:

The administrator of your personal data is Auto Serwis Wadowicka spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Kraków at ul. Wadowicka 8I, 30-415 Kraków, Poland, KRS: 0000240970, REGON: 351000873, NIP: 6790123762 ("Administrator").

2. [Purpose and scope of data processing]

The administrator may process your data provided in the contact forms and provided as part of the correspondence sent in order to:
a. answering the question, complaints or suggestions to the extent indicated in the contact form/correspondence sent to the Administrator pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f) GDPR, i.e. the legitimate interest of the Company consisting in the possibility of responding, for the period necessary to conduct correspondence
b. and archiving (not longer than 3 years).

3. [Voluntary provision of data]

Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to achieve the above goals. Failure to provide them will make it impossible to answer the questions asked and to perform the legal obligations incumbent on the Administrator.

4. [Period of data retention]

Your personal data will be stored for the period necessary to communicate in connection with the question asked or until the statute of limitations for any claims related to the submitted comments or complaints (no longer than 3 years).

5. [Data recipients]

The recipients of your data are the Administrator's employees and associates, as well as, in certain cases, external entities supporting the Administrator's activities, including in particular telecommunications service providers.

6. [Data Sharing]

Your personal data will not be made available to other entities, except for entities authorized under the law.

7. [Automated processing of personal data/profiling]

Your personal data is not subject to automated processing of personal data, including profiling.

8. [Rights regarding personal data]:

a. You have the right to access your personal data and the right to request their rectification, deletion or limitation of their processing.
b. You have the right to transfer your personal data, i.e. to receive your personal data from the Administrator in a structured, commonly used machine-readable format, if technically possible. You can send this data to another administrator.
c. To the extent that the basis for the processing of your personal data is the premise of the legitimate interest of the administrator, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data.
d. To the extent that the basis for the processing of your personal data is consent, you have the right to withdraw it. Consent can be revoked at any time by sending a request to the Administrator's address provided in point 1. Withdrawal of consent, however, does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
e. In order to exercise the above rights, please contact the Administrator.
f. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
