Citroen DS
An upper-middle class passenger car. Produced in France between 1955 and 1975, it was characterised by its sleek, streamlined body lines, differentiating itself from the traditional boxy shape. Thanks to its aerodynamic body, it was faster than its competitors. It stood out for its high level of comfort and elegance. Nor was the model's name a coincidence. The letters 'DS' are pronounced 'déesse' in French, meaning 'goddess'.
FSO Warszawa
A Polish passenger car produced between 1951 and 1973 by the Fabryka Samochodów Osobowych (FSO) in Warsaw. It was based on the design of the Soviet M20 Pobieda car. It was the first passenger vehicle to be mass-produced in Poland after World War II.
Polish Fiat 125p
A mid-engined passenger car produced between 1967 and 1991 by FSO under licence from the Italian company FIAT. In 1983, after the licence expired, the name was changed to FSO 125p. It was colloquially known as the "Big Fiat". It was a combination of the Italian models: Fiat 125p and 1300/1500.
FSO Syrena
Polish passenger cars and vans produced by FSO between 1957 and 1972. From 1972 to 1983 by the Bielsko-Biała-based Fabryka Samochodów Małolitrażowych. A total of 521,311 were produced.
FSO Polonez
A passenger car produced from May 1978 to April 2002 by FSO. It was the successor to the Polish Fiat 125p. The car inherited most technical solutions from its predecessor, such as the braking system and suspension. Something that made it stand out was the 5-door hatchback body.
Volkswagen Type 1
A compact passenger car, commonly known as the "Volkswagen Beetle". It was produced from 1938 to 2003, with more than 21 million units produced. It was the longest and most produced car model in automotive history.
Jaguar E-type
A sports car produced between 1961 and 1975, it was ranked first in The Daily Telegraph's ranking of the 100 most beautiful cars of all time.
Bugatti Royale
A limousine produced between 1929 and 1933, only 6 examples appeared, of which 3 were sold and the other 3 left for family members to use. Many unique models have appeared over the years. We have selected only the most interesting of these, as it would be difficult to mention them all in one article.
